DEMO OVERLAY: Pemberton Dairy is fictional, as is every claim below.

No CRM record exists yet, so this directory is slugged by domain. It reconciles to a canonical account ID on first write, and survives into deal-management as the origin of the account directory.

People

Two on the invite, both from Pemberton.

PersonRoleSource
Ruth ElleryGroup Financial Controller. Booked the callcalendar invite
Gareth WhitcombeOperations managercalendar invite

Ruth is the controller hired in January, so the invite and the January news item corroborate each other. That she booked it is the useful part: the forcing function sits in finance, not in IT.

That Gareth runs the third site is an inference from the timing and nothing else. His title is on the invite; the site is not. Ask which site he runs rather than assuming.

Negative results

No debt facility or further raise found since the 2024 minority investment. Not indexed, rather than confirmed absent.

To confirm on the call

  1. What a capex approval looks like now that there are three sites, and who signs at each.
  2. What Ruth was hired to fix, and whether approvals were on that list.
  3. Whether NetLedger's approvals module was ever configured, and for what.
  4. What happens to an approval when the usual approver is on shift or away.
